Remember my nice little neighbor Christian Lady?
The one that makes the Great Iced Tea?
The one that has forgiven me even though I was rude?
She let me have two gallons to take home Friday night.
I drank a whole gallon and got up to pee every hour or so.
When I weighed in on Saturday morning, I’d lost three pounds!
So I did it again Saturday night and guess what?
I lost another four pounds!
I’m hangin’ on to her for dear life!
Her tea is Magic!
I think I'll call her Misty.

MAGIC TEA

That tea could make you a fortune. Just bottle it and start counting the $$$. You may need to cut Misty in. Take care.
What are you eating while you are drinking all of this tea? Maybe it's like when you have an extra glass of water with dinner and are then to full to eat seconds or desert.
It's cool either way, but don't over do it.
Banqman, you have an eye for enterprise!
laffin, I think you hit the nail on the head, because instead of having TV dinners, or a plate of Turkey & Dressin', or a half gallon of Ice Cream, I just kept drinkin that tea.
Its so gooooo-oood!
I think if you cut down on that half gallon of ice cream that's going to do it anyway.
Half of cup of regular ice cream is going to be in the 200 calorie range. Unsweeted tea is somewhere in the 5-10 calorie range for eight ounces, up to a hundred calories or so depending on how much sugar you add. So if you replaced half a gallon of ice cream with a gallon of tea that is half the calories or less, that should help some on the calorie count. Plus a gallon of unsweetened tea is mostly water, and water is good for you in general and especially good for you if you are on a diet.
The TV dinner, on the other hand, might only be 300 or 400 calories, so replacing that with a gallon of water and 1600 calories of sugar probably doesn't help. Maybe try the TV dinner and half a gallon of water with no sugar.
Laffin, i remember a couple o' years ago, standing in front of the fridge, with the door open and half a gallon of blue bell in one hand, pouring Coke into the carton.
I killed it.
You ruined both a half gallon of Blue Bell and a Coke at the same time? What were you thinking? There ought to be a law or something against that.
