Her name was Debbie and she had 3 kids who by the Grace of God were not with her.
This happened yesterday, just down the street from me. (click here)
The reason I am postinng this tragedy is that I am starting to learn to pray again, and I invite anyone compelled to do so to pray for Debbie's family.
And the driver of the sand truck.
No, I did not know her.

Oh, how horrible! It will surely be a very trying time for the children! My heartfelt prayers to all!
This accident happened during lunch at the high school one block away.
Life can change forever or even be extinguished in just an instant. What a shame.
Praying. Munchkin.
Praying. Munchkin. God's will.
May God bless Debbie's family -- spiritually, emotionally and financially. May friends and family members step up to ensure that Debbie's children are trained in the way they should go. May their lives, from this day forward, be filled with joy and thankfulness, even when bad things happen. Amen.
This is why I don't take every green light... I always say a prayer when I hear an ambulance... never too many prayers in this world.
