Since 1982 I have been Scarecrow every year for halloween. it completely suits me. Here is this years, the 28th incarnation of Scarecrow.

Hey Steve. It's a great look for you. And you look happy with it. Sorry to be this serious now, but I wonder: wouldn't you like to be someone else each year? Isn't that part of the fun, to think Who you're going to be, and surprise everyone with it? Or is it a surprise each year that you are, again, Scarecrow? Anyhow, I like it!
Sometimes I think I might like to be someone else, but Scarecrow just suits me so well. it was pointed out to me that this years Scarecrow was a scarier Scarecrow than usual, and that he had Rodeo Clown leanings as well. so maybe next year we will see what other kinds of Scarecrows we can come up with.

I've been giving serious consideration to doing just that, having found oput what enormous jerks most of my old friends are.
