I have a gallon of milk and a chocolate cake. I'm celebrating the last day of my diet. After 4 months of improving my dietary choices significantly, and trying to excercise more, including walking 30 minutes a day for 5 days last week, I have GAINED 2 pounds.
I'm tired of getting beat up by my Nutritionist twice a month at $25 a visit.
I think Gods will is pretty clear here.

Fat and Happy baby!
Fat and Happy!

You make me laugh. But it's no laughing matter of course. You follow the diet and it works contraproductive. The body is a wonderous and stupid machine. It hardly ever listens to us. These bodies of ours are poor arrangement indeed.

Hang in! Perhaps you should walk less.

Yeah, I'm going to take the stress out of the equation and just try to be better and not try to set some specific goal that will elude and aggravate me. If it ever cools down around here, maybe it will be easier. No, it will never be easier, but I'm not going to get twisted up about it.
I only had one medium piece of cake.

It's all about getting the right Nutritional advice. I say enjoy your cake with a big glass of milk! You are wonderful just the way you are.... handsome, smart, funny, and sexy.

That'll be $25 dollars.
