I do love me some Pancakes!
Even little 'ol Hospital Pancakes!

Part 1 brought back wonderful memories of "Camp Paradise" and the girl scouts.

Since moving to NH I have become a big fan of PLOYES - French Acadian Buckwheat pancakes. The mix is made by the Bouchard Family in Fort Kent, Maine. The beauty is that it requires only water. So even if you haven't grocery shopped in ages you can still make pancakes!

That "Pancake Primer" story is one of my better ones I think. Its what I wrote trying to write the story about the Hospuital Pancakes. its fun when you start out to write about something and just end up writing about something else entirely.

D', there is just no such thing as a bad pancake. There cannot be a "worse pancake ever" because of this.

It's true enough that we say breakfast is the best meal of the day when it comes to hospital fare.
